What sets Happy Homes apart is its role as the exclusive home of MUT Mining. MUT Mine and MUT Cart assets must be placed on a Happy Homes property in order to mine MUTs each month — making this neighborhood essential for any participant looking to expand their MUT farms beyond MUT Bags and Chests.

Whether you're picking up a single prop to host a mining setup or scaling up to a multi-rig portfolio, Happy Homes is the place to plant your flag.

MUT Mining in Happy Homes

A passive MUT-earning system unique to the Happy Homes neighborhood. Group a Mine with Carts on a single prop and let it earn for you, month after month.

Acquire Mine + Carts

Buy MUT Mine and MUT Cart map assets from MMVH during MUT Week, or pick them up on the secondary market year-round.

Place on a Happy Homes prop

All mining assets must sit together on the same Happy Homes property to qualify for the mining yields.

Group Mine + up to 5 Carts

1 MUT Mine pairs with up to 5 MUT Carts on the same prop. The grouping triggers passive MUT mining each month.

Earn passively each month

MUTs are credited at each end of month. Track yields and history on your PES Dashboard.

How it works

1 Mine. Up to 5 Carts. One prop.

Mine and Carts must be placed on the same Happy Homes property — they only mine when grouped together.
Each Mine pairs with up to 5 MUT Carts. More carts mean more monthly MUTs.
MUT yields for your MUT-mining setup, as well as for your other MUT assets, are credited passively every month.
