What is PES?
Earn While You Hold
PES — Passive Earning Streams — is MMVH's flagship program. It lets Upland participants earn 15–24% per annum simply by owning our UGC assets. Your assets sit in your inventory and generate income every single month.
Slot your assets into PES Collection Slots — similar to Upland property collections — to stack your rate from the 15% base all the way up to 24% p.a, but unlike property collections, a PES Collection Slot can be filled more than once if you have multiple eligible assets.

Earnings Breakdown
How Earnings Are Calculated
Earnings range from 15% to 20% p.a. based on the PES Collection Slot your asset qualifies for — determined by the asset's mint number. Earnings are calculated on the asset's original mint price.

Earnings that grow with the asset
PES Evo Assets
Evo assets aren't fixed — their earning base, the evo value, climbs over time toward a future cap. Hold them and watch your monthly UPX earnings rise alongside them.
- Earnings calculated on evo value, not mint price
- Evo value increases over time on a defined schedule
- Each asset has a fixed cap — the ceiling its evo value will reach
Collect, merge, level up
PES Uppies
Collectible PES uppies that earn from 15% p.a. at level 1, scaling all the way up to 20% p.a. for an IPU uppie. Merge two of the same level to forge a higher-tier one — and bump up your rate.

PES Props · PES Neighborhoods
Properties That Pay Twice
PES Props are Upland properties enrolled in PES. They earn additional passive UPX on top of regular Upland earnings — double passive income on a single prop. The first PES Neighborhood, Five Mile Creek, in Dallas, opened in February 2025.

PES Landmarks
The most coveted, most valuable assets in PES, PES Landmarks are very special constructions, curated by the MMVH Team. A landmark doesn't just earn on top of regular Upland earnings — it elevates PES assets around it.

Released in pairs, mint numbers set by the Golden Ratio (≈1.618) — nature's signature of aesthetic perfection.
Purchase on Secondary Market
PES assets are freely tradeable between Upland participants. Buy from other players on the open market.
Earnings are based on the original mint price, not the secondary purchase price — you inherit the mint price regardless of what you paid.
