Process
How does it work?
We hold your property/properties or PES asset(s) as collateral(s), returned at the end of your agreed repayment term. NO INTEREST charged — you only cover Upland transfer fees during disbursement and payback.
We disburse up to 50% of the total mint price of your properties or PES assets you offer as collaterals. Exceptionally, if you offer PES properties as collaterals, we will disburse up to 67% of the total mint price of your properties as credit advance.
