MUT Structure Ornaments
MUT Genesis Structure Ornaments earn exactly like Chests: each ornament pays a fixed annual percentage yield (p.a.) on its mint price, paid out monthly. No setup or pairing is needed. The values below are annual percentage yields, by mint type and ornament.

Monthly yield
Monthly MUT = Mint price × p.a. % ÷ 12
Example: an ornament with a mint price of 1,200 and a p.a. of 18% earns 1,200 × 18% ÷ 12 = 18.00 MUT per month.
Hold a full set of regular-mint Micro House + Small Town House v1 + Small Town House v2 + Town House + Apartment and every ornament in the set earns 19% p.a.
Section 4
MUT Mining
Place a MUT Mine on a Happy Homes prop and group it with up to 5 MUT Carts to mine MUTs every month. Yields below are monthly MUTs per Cart, which depend on the Mine you've paired them with. Add a MUT Ramp on the same prop to multiply the whole setup's yield — see below.

A MUT Ramp placed on the same prop multiplies this setup's entire Monthly MUT Yield. If more than one Ramp lands on a prop, only the highest-boosting Ramp takes effect.
