MUT Chests pay a fixed yield per year, scaled by mint and chest tier. The values below are annual percentage yields, applied to the chest's MUT base price.

MUT Mining
Place a MUT Mine on a Happy Homes prop and group it with up to 5 MUT Carts to mine MUTs every month. Yields below are monthly MUTs per Cart, which depend on the Mine you've paired them with.
